Our apartments near UF cater to students’ schedules. Housing contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August until late July, so you can move in right before school starts.

Residents have the option to reserve a parking spot in our controlled-access parking garage. Reservations can be made upon signing your housing contract. Parking options cost an additional fee.
