To qualify at our property, international students must provide the following documentation:
- A copy of a valid passport or visa
- Proof of eligibility and status in the United States, including one of the following:
- Proof of employment in the United States and a valid Work Visa or J-1 Visa;
- A valid I-20 form verifying student status, along with proof of enrollment; or
- A DS-2019 form (for Canadian residents only).
- A deposit of 2x their monthly installment or a guarantor
